Recommend K-movie top 10(Korean movie) 한국영화 추천

I'm not really watch Korean movie  but in some case, I really love them.

(I do not hate Korea, I'm Korean I just not use to watch Korean movie)

so I will introduce some good Korean movie. 

1. 헤어질 결심 Decision To Leave

genre : romance, mystery

 

This is my favorite Korean movie. first, the art of moive is beautiful and also the acting is really fine. 

<Decision to leave>is like a art piece in museum. But this is not a normal romance movie. 

maybe you feel uncomfortable or sad like these after watching movie.

but I'm sure this is a well made movie.

 

 

2. 아가씨 The Handmaiden

genre : drama, thriller

 

as you can see, I'm not a good English speaker and explain this movie in English is hard mission for me.

<The Handmaiden>is based on 1930 background in Korea.

and this movie is fun to watch while guessing in a thrilling.

but Minors are not permitted to view this film.

 

3. 기생충 Parasite

genre: black comedy

 

I think this  movie is the most popular korean movie in the world maybe. this movie also won in award. 

this is about social classes. so this movie also can make you feel uncomfortable. 

but nobody can deny this is well made movie.

 

 

 

4. 곡성 The Wailing

genre: horror

 

lot of people know about romance K-drama, but not Korean horror movie. this is one of famouse Korean horror movie.

this movie have a Korean traditional thing about gost. and not really scary. so if you have interest in Korea culture. you can try!

 

 

 

5. 헌트 Hunt

genre: action, spy

as you can see in genre describtion, this movie about finding spy. and also realated with Korea history. 

 

 

 

6. 마녀1  The Witch: Part 1. The subversion

genre: action, super power

 

when you think 'Korean superpower movie' what is in your mind? nothing I guess. beacuse Korean superpower movie is not really famouse and not really have many movies. so this movie was really shocked to Korean people. this is little bit like a animation and comic book. so if you are big fan of comic, then might be you like this movie! 

 

 

 

7. 뷰티 인사이드 The Beauty Inside

genre: drama, romance

 

this about the story who change apperance everyday when he wake up. and also about his girl friend. but not too weired. 

so if you have interest in Korea romance. you can watch this movie!

 

 

 

8. 올드보이 Old boy

genre: action, drama

 

again weired movie. I got a big shocked when I watch this movie. but yes like other movies, this also have a good quality, and this movie have a big meaning so after watching movie you can have good time with searching and reading about movie interpretation

 

 

 

9. 건축학개론 Architecture 101

genre: romance

 

this is a traditional Korean Romance. it about just normal people's love story. this could remind your old days love story

 

 

10. 태극기 휘날리며 Brotherhood

genre: action

 

this is based on true story, a war. I haven't watched it, but lot of people recommend this to me, so I recommend this to you guys!
